Noji's Resume
I was born to Ronald Ira Ratzlaff and Setsuko Yamazaki on 30 Jan 1957 in Sendai, Japan. My father was in the US Army and met my mother-to-be while stationed in Japan. Leaving Japan for the "States" when I was only five months old, I spent most of my childhood years growing up near one military installation or another.
